From the West or East 

Use either the A27 or the A259

From the North

There are two routes into Worthing from a Northerly Direction

1.    Travel South on the M23/A23 then just before Brighton take the A27 in a Westerly direction
2.    Travel South on the A24 straight into Worthing

If using the M25 the M23 is junction 7 and the A24 is junction 9.

By Rail

There are frequent services from London Victoria (via Gatwick airport). 
The journey takes approximately - 1 hour 20 minutes.

By Bus

There are a number of bus companies running services locally:

The 700 service runs along the coast from Brighton to Portsmouth.            

Car Parking

• On street Car Parking is available throughout the area. You are advised to check sign posting carefully for charges and restrictions. For further information contact The Parking Shop Tel: 0845 680 0189 or  click on www.worthing.gov.uk/parking

• Multi Story and Surface Car Parks are operated by NCP Tel: 0845 050 7085.

Top Parking Tips

1.  The Civic Centre Car Park behind the Town Hall in Stoke Abbott Road is 50p per hour for a 4 hour maximum stay on a Saturday
2.  Teville Gate Multi-Storey Car Park is located by Worthing Railway Station (about a 10 minute walk to the shops and seafront) and costs just £3  to park all day.
3.  The Civic Centre Car Park, located behind the Town Hall, and all On Street Parking is free on a Sunday.
4.  If parking On Street after 6pm the pay machines will issue tickets from 9am, the next morning, if money is inserted.
5. The Civic Centre Car Park, behind the Town Hall, is open to the public after 4pm on weekdays.
