Worthing Ice Rink has now closed following a very successful 30 days in Steyne Gardens. Nearly 18,000 skaters used the rink ,a little down on 2009, but the wettest February in a decade affected numbers. The penguins to help the very young skaters proved a big hit and the improvements to the marquee and skate changing areas were much appreciated. A decision on 2011 will be made in the next few months so watch this space.

Worthing Ice Rink to Return in 2011.
Following the continued success of the Ice Rink it has been booked to return from 5th February to 6th March 2011.
Worthing International Birdman Competition
The Worthing Birdman Team would like to thank all the volunteers, sponsors and everyone involved to help make this a great event for Worthing. Special thanks to Viewpress, NJS Scaffolding, facemediagroup.co.uk, The Worthing Beach Office and to Worthing BSAC.
We would also like to thank all the competitors for some great flights and costumes and we look forward to seeing you again next year.

Open Meeting 10th March 2010
Thank You to all the BID levy payers who attended the BID Open Meeting at the Chatsworth Hotel on 10th March 2010. It was a very informative and constructive meeting and it was agreed that Open Meetings would be held every 6 months. Please Click Here to read the minutes of the meeting.
